As soon as we became aware of this issue, we assessed the SSL vulnerability and applied patches to all our servers. We are currently working to implement / reissue SSL certificates for all our customers.
Has your website been affected?
We have no evidence of any breach and, like most networks, our team took immediate action to fix the issue. However, we strongly recommend that you reset all the passwords for your websites and email accounts.
How much does it cost to protect your website?
This does not cost anything for our managed hosting customers. However, unmanaged hosting customers might be charged for the re-installation of SSL certificates, password resets, etc. Please reply to this email to get a quote for SSL reinstallation, password resets, etc if you are on a unmanaged self service hosting or a hosting package from 2013 and want us to do it for you.
